Helpful Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75600 is an excellent option for a 2009 BMW X5. In regards to installation, you will need to remove some of the factory rivets which will then be replaced with plastic rivets which are included with the kit. In order to obtain the tool for these rivets you should have no problem getting one at a local store such as Harbor Freight.
