The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Honda CR-V (All Models) is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98848 which has a hidden design and matte finish which both help it blend in better with the vehicle. It offers bolt-on installation as well for an easy install.
For a bike rack, this will really depend on what type of bikes you have and how many. That said, the Thule Hitching Post Pro part # TH934XTR is our best seller so I do recommend giving this option a look. I have attached a full list below as well.
