It sounds like you need an adapter for your 2019 Ford F-250 to plug in a 6-pin connector from your trailer. Is that correct? If so, I recommend going with the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow Adapter, # HM47570.

I really like this adapter because the biggest issue we run into with 7-pin to 6-pin adapters is that there are two pin-out standards for 6-pin trailer connectors and the difference is the location of the electric brake pin and the 12v battery charge pin. If you buy an adapter and your trailer brakes are locked up, that means the adapter is not wired the same as the 6-pin trailer connector.

This adapter makes it very easy to simply switch those to pins on the adapter without having to take the adapter apart and rewire the pins yourself. I attached a review video that shows more on this for you to check out.
