We do indeed have a plug and play option to provide 4-pole trailer wiring for a 2019 Kia Sportage. You'll want the # 118698 T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness from Tekonsha. If you click the provided link, you can see a video that will walk you through the install process.
The # C56222 that you have looked at is for a Kia Soul, and wouldn't be a fit for your Sportage.
If you haven't chosen a hitch as of yet, I'd recommend the # C13281 Class III receiver hitch from Curt. You'll also need a # D-28 ball mount and a # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
