How To Convert Military M105A2 From Air Over Hydraulic to Hydraulic with New Coupler

Question:

Would this work on a military M105A2 trailer for use behind my 2018 F250? Ive been told I would need to convert to electric brake, but if this is an option. The trailer has air/hydraulic brakes.

The Titan Zinc-Plated, A-Frame Brake Actuator part # T4045500 is designed for a standard 50 degree a-frame trailer which is most common so if this is what you have then it will work well. That said, you'd need to remove the air over hydraulic actuator and run brake lines back to each of the braking assemblies with the HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit part # HS496-151.
