There is no weight capacity rating on the camper tie downs and they will work on your 1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty Dually with a properly sized camper for your vehicle which is less than 8 foot in length.

The Brophy # TDSF tie downs are a universal application for full-size trucks.These tie downs come with hardware to mount them to your truck, but you will also need the Camper Tie Down Hardware Package, part # TDHP, for a complete set up.
