Can the CE Smith Bracket # CE10200G be Used to Secure 8 Foot Long 2x4s on a Boat Ramp
Question:
I plan to attach 8foot 2by 4 rails on a ramp to load my Jetski. Will this bracket work best to stabilize the rails. How many will I need to secure one 8foot 2by4?

The bracket, # CE10200G, could potentially work. You would place then every couple of feet on the ramp attached at those crossmembers that support the top deck of the ramp. But I have another possible solution for you that one of the other Experts came up with.
You already have most of the ramp together so you could then attach some rollers, # DL21741, the length of the ramp and roll that jetski into the water.
These rollers can be mounted directly to the surface of the ramp with the hardware of your choice. There are holes in the bottom of these at either end. I have included a picture that will help illustrate what I mean.
