I can help you determine if the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA will work on your 1995 Airstream Excella 25 trailer, but there isn't a database that we go to for this information. The # AKEBRK-7-SA mount to 5 hole brake flanges and will work with 12" x 2" drums, so as long as that is the mounting flanges that are on your axle and you have that size drum, these will work perfectly. This kit does not come with mounting hardware, so you'd need to add that with # BRKH12.
With that said, it looks like the weight of the Airstream Excella is only around 6800-lbs, so it's possible that you might have smaller axles on your trailer and thus would require a different brake assembly. I do recommend checking the spec sticker on your axle to confirm that you've got 5000-lbs to 7000-lbs tandem axles. If you've got smaller axles, it would likely mean that you've got 10" brake assemblies and 4 bolt mounting flanges. If that is the case you can use part # AKEBRK-35-SA and mounting hardware # BRKH10B.
If you can let me know what you find on your axles, I'm happy to confirm the correct parts for you on this. I've also linked some helpful review and installation videos that I recommend having a look at, as well.
