The plug-in trailer wiring harness that fits your 2017 Toyota Sienna LE is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118648.
This will not require any type of wire splicing and is a plug-in connection. I have added a link showing a video install on a 2017 Toyota Sienna for you to check out as well.
To complete your towing setup I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98837.
