Is There a Replacement Lid for the MaxxAir Roof Vent # MA00-04301M

Not seeing any replacement lids or seals for the lid. If the lid or seal break do you have to buy a whole new unit?

We have a replacement lid for the MaxxAir roof vent part # MA00-04301M with the part # MA10A40002K but the seal is not a replaceable item.
