You can fit a Blue Ox tow bar to the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521451-5 on your 2019 Jeep Cherokee, but you'll need to use the Adapter Brackets # BX88185 as the drawbar pins between Blue Ox and Roadmaster are not interchangeable.

The adapter brackets can be used with any of the Blue Ox motorhome-mounted tow bars. I have attached a review video of this for you to check out.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
