As long as you have at least 1-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the face of the OEM trailer hitch on your 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 will fit just fine. This is compatible with 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers so it will be compatible in that regards.

I'm pretty sure a 2020 Outback Wagon OEM hitch has a long enough tube. There was an issue with a lot of bike racks on an older model of the Outback Wagon but to my knowledge for the past few years Subaru went with a different OEM hitch design so that it's now compatible with a lot more accessories.
