I can tell you how to determine if the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - E-Z Lube - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 95" - 3,500 lbs # 7359765-EB is the right replacement for your trailer, as it will only take a bit of measuring.

Assuming you know that your trailer currently uses 3,500 lb axles, what you need to do is measure your current axle's hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center. If you take a look at the accompanying diagram you can see that the Dexter Axle you asked about measures 95" from hub face to hub face and 80" from spring center to spring center.

If your current axle has those same measurements, and is a 3,500 lb axle, this is a fit for your trailer. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well of the Dexter Trailer Axle with Electric Brakes # 7359765-EB.
