The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Systems like part # FA94-00-1061 weigh around 85 lbs. That said, the weight of a weight distribution system does not get added to the total as it becomes part of the frame. In regards to lifting, you'd only be picking up around 20-30 lbs max at one time since the kit is separated in several different components. We also have the HitchGrip Carrying Tool for Weight Distribution Head Assembly part # 303-HG-712 which will help with lifting.
