I believe you're asking if you could mount a size 205/75-15 trailer tire, on a 15 inch wheel that is 6 inches wide. If so, the answer is yes! 205/75-15 trailer tires can use a 5, 5-1/2, 6, 6-1/2 inch wheel, so you're good to go.

If you haven't picked out your tires, I highly recommend the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWTRTM2057515C. It has a a ply rating of 6 and a 1,820-lb max load at 50 psi, making it perfectly suitable to support your tandem axle Keystone Outback 23RS, which from what I found, has a GVWR of 6,000 lbs. Note that trailer wheels have their own capacity, so you'll be limited to whichever of the two (tire or wheel) has the lower rating.

One other thing to note is that if you're upgrading to larger tires than what was originally on your Keystone, you'll just want to make sure you have enough clearance, as shown in the attached photo. If you click on the attached help articles, you'll be able to find the specs of all the most common trailer tires and info to help you determine if you have enough clearance. The # TTWTRTM2057515C measures 27.13 inches in diameter and has a section width of 7.99 inches.
