We don't have any trunk bike racks that fit your 2016 Honda Civic Sedan SI but we do have hitch mounted solutions which provide a much more secure bike rack solution and don't touch any painted surfaces. You would need a hitch installed like the Curt part # C92UR which is a confirmed fit and our best option.
Then for a bike rack the Hollywood Racks TrailRider part # HR200Z is very stable and easy to load/unload. See attached review video.
