Do these soft upper doors include the plastic window?

There is a plastic window that comes as part of the soft doors, # B5179037. They can zip off and on as you can see in the instructions I have linked for you. If you look closely at the photo on the product page, you can even see there is a window because the mirror is reflected in it.
