Will Reese Goose Box Work With B&W Gooseneck Hitch on 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 Long Bed

Question:

We have a Grand Design Solitude 310GK and tow it with our 2019 Silverado 3500HD Dually long bed. We have the BandW Turnoverball and Companion Fifth Wheel Hitch. We want to convert to the Goose Box and need to know if we need the 4 inch ball extension? Also is there anything else we need to complete this upgrade? Thank you

You can absolutely use a Reese Goose Box with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1016 on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 long bed, and with your long bed, an offset ball won't be required.

The only thing required to know is the exact model of Goose Box you need, and for that, you just need to know what pin box you currently have, which should be on a sticker or a plate somewhere on the pin box itself.

- Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD, as well as Fabex PB-600 Series pin boxes: Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP85FR (20,000 lb capacity)

- Lippert 0115, 1116 and 1716 pin boxes: Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP94716-61301 (16,000 lb capacity)
