Will this fit the curtis hitch #c13272 for my 2016 lexus Rx350 F Sport? If so, how do i install. thank you

Yes, the No-Drill mount # 18140 will fit the Curt # C13272 that you referenced. Basically you wrap the band clamp around the main hitch tube and then feed it into the opening of the clamp and then start screwing the head of clamp and it will start to tighten.
