As long as Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118727 is installed properly the wiring will not void your warranty. You are protected under the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act which states that manufactures cannot void the warranty of a vehicle simply because of an after-market part unless that part caused the issue.

The Tekonsha T-One wiring harness is a custom fit harness for your vehicle so it does not require splicing into the vehicle's electrical system. The wiring plugs right into the vehicle's harness behind the tail lights so it is non-invasive. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
