Ground Connection for AirLift Wireless ONE Air Suspension Compressor System
Question:
Can the negative wire on the wiring harness be grounded to the frame instead of going back to the negative battery terminal?

That would likely work just fine, but for the best function and reliability I'd recommend insatlling the compressor as indicated in the instructions and run the ground to the negative battery terminal.
