Installing a wiring harness like the Tekonsha # 119190KIT is not going to be a vehicle specific process; the biggest challenge is going to be finding the correct wires on your vehicle. In most cases the wires you're looking for are going to be located behind the tail lights on your vehicle- on a Tesla you can access the wiring through the vehicle's trunk, by removing some trim and pulling back carpet to access the wires.
You will need to have someone in the vehicle activating the brake lights and turn signals, but you'll want to test the wiring plugs using the circuit tester that comes included with the # 119190KIT and see which wire gets power when a specific function is activated. It looks like Tesla's have a 3 wire wiring system, so once you determine the function of each wire behind your tail light housing, you'll want to wire them as follows:
Left Turn Signal: To yellow wire on 119190 harness
Right Turn Signal: To green wire on 119190 harness
Brake Lights: To red wire on 119190 harness
Tail/Running Lights: To brown wire on 119190 harness
Ground the white wire on the harness to a paint and corrosion free metal surface on the vehicle's frame
The Tekonsha # 119190KIT comes with quick splice wiring connectors, so you'll want to use those to make all of your wiring connections. I've linked the installation video of a wiring harness on a Tesla Model 3 to show you how to find your wires, and the process for finding everything on your vehicle will be similar. I've also linked the installation of the 119190KIT on another vehicle that you can use to work through the actual wiring process, as well.
