The correct wiring harness for your 2019 Honda CR-V LX with FWD is the Tekonsha T-One # 118741 which is compatible whether it's a FWD (like what you have) or AWD.
This harness plugs into factory wiring inside your rear hatch area. We have actually performed this installation on a 2019 CR-V so you can check out the attached installation video to see exactly how it's done.
If you don't already have a trailer hitch then I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch # e98848 because it has a hidden crosstube combined with a matte black finish which gives you a stylish yet rugged look. We have installed this on a 2019 CR-V as well so I have attached that for you to check out.
To complete a towing setup you also need a ball mount kit. I recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900 because it includes two ball mounts, one with a 3/4” rise/2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise/4” drop, a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip. You will want to refer to the attached ball mount article to ensure that this kit is correct for your towing application.
