Does the B&W Patriot use Hitch Head Pins like the Companion Does?
Question:
How does the head stay on without popping off? I notice the companion has pin with a keeper on each side that stop the handles from coming up. Thanks

The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider part # BWRVK3270 does not use pins to slide in and keep the handles from raising up. In this design they decided they were not needed as when the head is slid down onto the base the handles rotate down securing it. Similar to the Companion but in this case not necessary.
I linked the full review if you want to check it out.
