Will Draw-Tite Class III Hitch 75118 Fit with Factory Installed Hitch?

this escape came with a factory hitch will it fit with it or do i need to take it off

Expert Reply:
No, you will not have to remove your existing OEM hitch/bumper, see sheet 2 of instructions (linked below). You will be required to remove the heat shield and trim it somewhat with tin snips. You will also have to drill a hole on both sides of the frame rail. The instructions also warn not to use both hitches at the same time to prevent damage to the vehicle. You may need a ball mount, pin and clip to complete your hitch setup and I have posted links to these items for you below.
