The type of suspension upgrade that will best suit you depends on what you'll be doing with you 2020 Ford F-150 4x4.

When hauling a camper or a trailer on the weekends and using the truck around town during the week you can't beat a set of airbags like the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2582 these are custom fit and will bolt right on to your truck. They are designed to give you up 4800 lbs. of leveling capability. They allow you to adjust the air pressure according to your load to level your truck back out to it's optimal ride height regardless of the load. Firestone bags are top notch and the only ones I would buy their construction is superior to it's competitors. The draw back to air bags is making sure they have 5 PSi minimum in them at all times.

To get the most out of the bags and not be reliant on outside sources of air use the Firestone Air Command I compressor system part # F2158. This will give you control of the springs pressure from the cab of your truck and make maintenance very easy.

For a constant load like tool boxes in the bed, cargo bodies, in bed campers and such I recommend going with the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-117-47 these are a no maintenance type of system that will take the weight of that type of load really well. They offer 1500 lbs. of support at 50% compression.

Please keep in mind these kit's do not raise the towing capacity of your truck you will still need to follow the owners manual for the maximum payload and towing capabilities.

I have linked videos on each of these being installed and links to the instructions
