The only way to use the Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30921 on a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 (New Body Style) is to install the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP30061. This kit provides the same underbed pucks as the Factory Ford Prep Package so it's the only option. Otherwise, you would need a new 5th wheel hitch as there isn't an adapter.

Please note, if you have a factory brake controller you will also need the Factory Brake Controller Relocation Bracket Kit part # 58318.
