Can 7-Way and 4-Way of Curt Connector for 2014 Ram 1500 be Used at Same Time

Question:

Curious why I would need the #C55774 kit if my 2014 Ram has both a 4 blade and a 7 Blade factory installed in the bumper. I get the part about over loading the light circuit but why would your kit not be the same issue. Sorry if this was answered already.

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way and 4-Pole Flat Connectors # C55774 are able to be used at the same time but it wouldn't be any different in regards to making sure the circuits were not overloaded.

I believe you were referencing a different Q&A and this part was recommended (it fits a number of different vehicles) because the individual was unable to open the covers on their 4-way and 7-way at the same time. That is not an issue you will have with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55774.
