None of our hitch manufacturers offer a Class II hitch with a 1-1/4 hitch opening for the Dodge Dakota, but if you were wanting that size because you had a hitch mounted accessory which needs that size receiver, you can simply use a 2 inch Class III receiver like the Curt # C13280 and a reducer sleeve like part # HT02 which will reduce the receiver size down to a 1-1/4.
