Will Curt Trailer Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier # C18145 Fit a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder

Will it fit? Also what cargo bag do you recomend and what type of tie downs?

The Curt cargo carrier, # C18145, will fit in a 1-1/4 inch or 2 inch trailer hitch (Class II and III) so provided your 2011 Nissan Pathfinder has a Class II or III hitch the carrier will fit. To make sure it clears the rear of the vehicle, measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on the vehicle straight back to the distance required to clear the rear bumper. If that distance is less than 6 inches, the carrier will clear the rear bumper.
For a cargo bag, you can use the etrailer bag, # e98990. This bag has 6 straps to secure it to the carrier and 9 cubic feet of space.
To secure other cargo, nothing beats a good set of ratchet straps like # EM34420.
