Will this rail set support a Reese 16k 5th hitch or do I need to buy a Reese rail set up

Yes, you can use the Curt rails with a Reese 5th wheel hitch; for your 2014 Ram 2500 the correct kit for either a 6-1/2 foot or 8 foot bed is the Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ram Truck # C16427-204.
These rails will give your Ram truck a standard rail set up so you can install a Reese 5th wheel hitch like the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider # RP30051 for a short bed or Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30047 if you have a long bed.
