I want to purchase a hitch to use with my Thule Apex 3 bike rack. The arm base that fits into the hitch is 2X2 inches. Will the hitch # C13421 work? Thank you

Yes. The Curt # C13421 is a confirmed fit on the 2019 Honda Passport and will provide you with a 2" receiver that will allow you to carry your Thule Apex bike rack similar to the # TH9025XT. This hitch will bolt onto the frame on your Passport to allow you to easily install this hitch without drilling.
