Expert Reply:
The # AKHD-545-35-K come pre-greased, so you shouldn't need to add any grease when installing these. With that being said, if you do need to add some or would like to have some on hand for future maintenance you'll want to use a white lithium multipurpose grease like the LubriMatic LMX # L11390 or the LubriMatic white lithium multipurpose grease # L11354. The LMX red is going to be a little bit more designed to hold up in extreme conditions but the white can be used on a wider variety of products in your garage.
