There isn't a vehicle specific brake controller wiring harness for your 2008 Monaco Dynasty but installing a brake controller like the P3 # 90195 you referenced will still be pretty easy since we have heard from previous customers it is pre-wired for a brake controller.

All you will have to do is hardwire the brake controller wiring to the wiring of that 5-wire plug you mentioned by function. The brake controller wires are white for ground, black for 12 volt power in, blue for power out to the brakes, and red for input from the brake switch.

I was under impression your vehicle had brake controller wiring but it sounds like yours doesn't. We can still help you wire the controller to your 7-way though. Since you already have a 7-Way you will just need an installation kit, # 5506, and probably some additional 10 gauge wiring, # 10-1-1, sold by the foot. I would get at least another 10 feet of wire if not more. Just change the number in the quantity box on 10-1-1 to the desired length in feet (so for 30 feet you would change the quantity to 30). To install the controller you will need to attach the white brake controller wire to the negative battery terminal. The black controller wire will go to the positive battery terminal via the circuit breaker included with # 5506. The blue wire will attach to one end of 10 gauge wire. You will need to route it under the vehicle all the way back to the trailer connector avoid areas that can pinch or burn the wire such as suspension and exhaust components. then you would attach it to the back of the 7-Way in the 7 o'clock position where all the other wires attach. That just leaves the brake controller red wire which attaches to the cold side of the brake switch. Using a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 test the brake switch wires (located up above and sometimes attached to the brake pedal arm). You need the wire that only has power when the brake pedal is pressed. If it shows power also with the headlights or turn signals on (without pressing the brake pedal) it is not the correct wire.
