The correct wiring adapter to match both your Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller part # TK90160 and your 2018 Ram 2500 is the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Ram part # 3024-P . This will plug in directly to the port located under your dashboard and will give you the connection to plug your Primus directly into it.

I've included a video below where my buddy Rob installs a Different controller but uses the same adapter on a 2017 to give you an idea on where exactly to find the port you will need.
