How Far Down Does Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier Hang From Top of Crossbars

I have a high-top Sprinter that Im looking at mounting the Hullavator to and Id like to know how far down from the cross-bars does the Hullavator reach?

When we have asked Thule about how far the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist # TH898 hangs down from the top of the crossbars, they told us that it will extend down 40 inches, as you can see in the accompanying photo I added for you.

The one thing I do recommend with the Hullavator is to add the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200 to lock it to your rack, helping protect your investment.
