Troubleshooting Trailer that Sits at an Angle When Connected to 2015 GMC Terrain
Question:
I have rented a U-hual and drive a 2015 terrain, when I got the trailer put on it was already tilted from the get go, how do I fix that problem?

Sounds like you are in need of a ball mount with the correct rise/drop to allow the trailer to sit level. The trick to picking out the correct rise/drop is to measure from the top of the hitch opening down to the ground on the vehicle and then measure from the bottom lip of your coupler down to the ground when level. The difference there is the amount of rise drop you'd need. If you can get me the dimensions or the rise/drop you need I can recommend you the correct setup.
I also attached a help article on picking out a ball mount for you to check out as well.
