What Switch Setup Should be Used with the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent

Can this fan and vent be wired it one switch?

The Ventline RV roof vent part # V2119-603-00 has a power lift and fan function that was designed to be wired to the wall switch # VC0533-03-A. This has two switches on it. One for the lift motor to raise and lower the lid and another to control the fan motor.
