When choosing a weight distribution system for the 2015 Kodiak Travel Trailer, you want to choose a weight distribution system that have spring bars with a tongue weight rating range that your loaded tongue weight falls in the middle of. For example the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control 1,000 lb system part # BXW1000 has a tongue weight rating between 750 lbs - 1,000 lbs.
Since the manufacturer says the tongue weight should not be more than 606 lbs the Blue Ox is most likely overkill in this situation. I recommend to use the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control part # FA94-00-0800 which has spring bars rated between 400 lbs - 800 lbs so it won't cause a stiff ride if your travel trailer is ever empty. It will properly distribute the weight and prevent sway when the Kodiak is loaded. You will also need the hitch ball with 1-1/4" shank, part # EQ91-00-6100 for a 2-5/16" ball or part # EQ91-00-6080 for a 2" ball.
