Recommended Trailer Hitch for Forest River Geo Pro
Question:
Do you have a hitch that would install on the back of a Forest River Rockwood Geo Pro trailer in order to use a dirt bike carrier?

The best option I have to install a trailer hitch on the back of a Forest River Geo Pro to be used for carrying a motorcycle is the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13701. The Curt hitch features a four bolt installation so it will be easy to install but you do need to make sure your frame width does not exceed 51". It can be used for pretty much anything you wish but will be best for a motorcycle because of its 500 lb tongue weight capacity which is pretty much the limit for a trailer. If you don't already have a motorcycle carrier, we have the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier part # e98873 which only weighs 58 lbs.
That said, I must first recommend you reach out to the trailer manufacturer to make sure the frame can handle the weight you are looking to carry via a frame mounted trailer hitch.

Hi guys, I have the same interest in adding a hitch to a Forest River Rockwood Geo Pro 19FBS trailer. Is it possible to know if John, the original post, added this hitch, and if it's been working well for him? Any insight into the feasibility of this hitch for a 325 lb dirt bike would be great. Thanks!
