Question:
I have a 2008 6v camry. Need to install hitch to carry a regular bike about 40 lbs and new electric bike about 50 lbs. Would this work

Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36416 is an excellent choice to use a bike rack on your 2008 Toyota Camry. I have attached an installation video as well as some photos of what the hitch looks like once it's installed.
If you don't already have a bike rack then I recommend using the Yakima HoldUp # Y02445 because it is one of the more cost-effective options out there that fits your needs. It has a weight capacity of up to 60 lbs per bike, comes with bike and hitch locks for security, plus it holds bikes by the wheels so there is no frame contact. This makes it perfect for any bike frame style as long as it doesn't have a front fender.
For something that is a little more basic I recommend the Saris Freedom # SA4412B which also has a 60 lb per bike weight capacity, but this doesn't come with locks (although they can be added with parts # SA3022 and # SA981), and it secures your bikes by the wheels and the frame. The cradle that makes contact with your bike frame is cushioned, but if you have a sensitive bike frame or you want to avoid touching the paint at all then the HoldUp is the better way to go. This option is compatible with front fenders as well.
Attached are some review videos of the bike racks that you can check out.
