Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2010 Toyota Rav 4 for Full Rear Access
Question:
I have a 2010 Toyota Rav 4. I plan to get a hitch installed, but want to make sure this bike rack will work ok. I plan to get the 1 1/4inch hitch and have it installed so it is flush with the bumper. Will the door clear when the rack is tilted down?

The bike rack that I can guarantee will clear your rear door when folded down is the # S94FR. Check out the video I attached of this rack being reviewed on a 2009 Toyota Rav4 that shows that the door can be opened fully when you fold down the upright bar. It is 15-1/4"
Although it is a quality rack, most likely the Swagman Titan Rack # S63400 that you referenced would not give you enough clearance to open the rear door of your vehicle so I do not recommend it for you.
You could also look at the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO # LGA77FR, this unique rack slides away from the vehicle while the bikes are loaded. I included a rack for you to see that feature in action.
