The Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG216 that fits your 2018 Subaru Crosstrek will work with the Yakima SkyRise HD Tent for Roof Rack Crossbars # Y07436.
The tent simply requires you have a roof rack that secures to fixed mounting points or side rails (which is what this rack attaches to) and that the rack have a 165 lb capacity, which the Malone roof rack does.
