Recommended 4 Way Flat Wiring Harness for 2014 Lexus LS460

Is there a custom kit for my car, instead of this 119250KIT ? Will the 119250KIT work properly on my vehicle? Where do you suggest I connect the wires... from the trunk or outside, under the plastic bumper cover I just reinstalled : Thank you!

While there is not a "custom" wiring harness kit for you 2014 Lexus LS460, the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Wiring Kit # 119250KIT is actually a much better solution. Because the sensors of the Tekonsha ZCI kit clamp onto the wiring of your vehicle, there's no splicing and no plugging into your tail lights, so the installation is a breeze. On top of the ease of installation, because it's non-invasive you can easily remove it and use it on your next vehicle if you need a trailer wiring harness for that. I always recommend using these ZCI kits on luxury or leased vehicles because it doesn't require any splicing into the factory wiring, and because this kit will have no feedback, no interference with, and no power draw from your vehicle's wiring system-so there's no concern with damaging the electrical system if a short happens.

I've linked the installation video of this kit on a BMW X5, but the process will be similar for your 2014 Lexus LS460, so you may want to refer back to it during the installation process. You'll want to likely install this right behind your vehicle's tail lights in the cargo area of your vehicle, but wherever you have the easiest access to the wires will work.
