I've found some unclear information regarding the use of snow chains on your Lexus LX570, so I would recommend checking your owner's manual for confirmation as to whether or not snow chains can be used with the 22" wheels on your vehicle. At very best you'll be able to use a Class S compatible snow chain, but your vehicle may not be able to accept snow chains because of lack of wheel well clearance.
