The MaxxTow MaxxHaul Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack MT70232 mounts to the top and the inside of the bed rails so it would interfere with any of the BAKFlip covers. However I do have a solution for you to have a ladder rack and your BakFlip cover.

There are several BAKFlip covers for your 2013 Ford F-350 the BAKFlip G2 Hard # BAK26310, the BAKFlip F1 # BAK72310, the BAKFlip FiberMax # BAK126310 and the BAKFlip MX4 # BAK48310. All of these covers mount to the inside of the bed rails which helps when looking for a compatible ladder rack.

The Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A4000955 is compatible and would work great for your F-350. It mounts to the top of the bed rails so it won't affect your cover. It uses rails that mount to your stake pockets, and the uprights slide into the rails and can be adjusted front to back.
