I have a couple of really good options for you but unfortunately the distance between the front puck lug and the front edge of the base on the B&W is going to be too long for your application. There will be interference with it and your auxiliary fuel tank. Instead you will want to use the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs part # C16530-16020 or the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Ford Super Duty Prep Package - 21K part # DM8550038 this is also available as Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Ford Super Duty Prep Package - 18K part # DM8550024 only difference is the 18000 lbs. trailer weight rating instead of the 21000 and the 4500 lb. pin weight max instead of the 5000.

Of the two I really like the ease of use you get with the auto slide....it is my pick. With it you won't be getting in and out of the truck anytime you want to make those tighter maneuvers it is designed to automatically slide using a very strong rack and pinion gear giving it a very nice and smooth operation. Don't get me wrong the Curt is also really good but in my experience it doesn't operate quite as smoothly as the B&W slider does that you wanted and I don't want you to feel like you had to give up a smoother operation simply because of that fuel tank.

I've included links to the product pages that are confirmed fits for your 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty and to the videos we have done here on them? Happy Hauling!
