Kwikee Step Replacement Control for the 909506000 Original Control
Question:
Hello: I have a 2000 Holiday Rambler on a Freightliner chassis with Kwikee Series 32 steps, SN 226210. I suspect but plan to verify that my controller, 909506000, is bad. I’ve read so many different recommendations but found where you advised someone with the same model and controller number as me that they could use a Lippert LC379146. Does this sound like the correct number in my case? Thanks much for your help.

You're right on track. The correct replacement step control for the Kwikee step control "909506000" that you have now is the Lippert Components Kwikee 9510 Control part # LC379146. This is a direct replacement and will require no modifications to be made to the wiring at all. You can even use the same hardware to re attach it.
I do recommend using Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors, 2 oz. part # 11755 on each of the connections to prevent moisture from getting in the connectors causing corrosion and possible shorts. I've linked both of these below for you to check out.
