Which Roof Vent for 12 Foot Enclosed Trailer
Question:
I have a Mirage 12foot enclosed trailer that i would like to add a crank up roof vent that is approx 14. The roof is slightly rounded bowed and is around 1/16inch thick. What vents do you recommend that would work for this trailer?

The degree to which your roof is curved will dictate how well a 14x14 roof vent like the Ventline # V2092SP-28 will work for you. Since the roof is pretty thin, it might flatten enough so that a 14x14 vent could be installed. The mounting flange will need to sit flat to the roof.
The # V2092SP-28 you referenced is a reasonably priced crank-out vent that includes a screen. It would work great for you, but you will need to determine how to get it to sit flat on your roof. You might find that you need to fabricate a wooden frame contoured to the roof line that would allow the vent a flat mounting surface.
A mounting kit, part # 344270KITW is available.
