We aren't familiar with the Duro brand as we don't carry them, but for any trailer tire you do want to inflate them to the maximum cold psi, which will give you their maximum load capacity and best performance, allowing the tire to wear slower and more evenly.

For example, the Westlake ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # LHWL304 has a 2,830 lbs when inflated to its max 80 psi.

I have added a link to our entire selection of trailer tires for you as well as links to numerous help articles on trailer tires you may want to check out.
